APPLICATION
Apply morning and evening to damp skin in circular motions and rinse with clean water. To remove eye makeup, apply the Milk Cleanser to a damp cotton ball.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
The Milk Cleanser is free of surfactants and contains nourishing ingredients such as shea butter, jojoba oil, ceramide III, and lecithin. Tangerine essential oil provides a natural fragrance.
